Mission

  • Drive qualified traffic & optimise the online performance
  • Manage Club Med online platform: roll out campaigns on the website, optimise content, SEO and e-merchandising to ensure brand positioning & increase conversion rate
  • Lead online media planning: with the support of the online media agency, plan & roll out media plan maximising qualified traffic & revenue online
  • Develop & Manage CRM aimed at increasing customer acquisition, retention and lifetime value
  • Provide business analysis : run regular reports, draw recommendations and deploy projects aiming at improving Digital & CRM performance



Team

Within the Marketing team (4 ppl), the position is attached to the Marketing Manager & will interact very closely with all other Marketing team members, the regional  Digital team in Singapore, and our Online Media agency.


Who we’re looking for

  • Bachelor / Master’s Degree in Marketing (preferably eBusiness)
  • Fluent in English & Cantonese preferred
  • Around 4 years’ experience in online marketing - CRM is a plus  (client or agency)
  • Knowledge of Adwords & Display networks
  • Great project management skills
  • Energetic, attentive to detail, strong business acumen, results-orientated.
  • Able to multitask, fast working, proactive.
