Job Description

We’re looking for a Marketing Analyst to provide reporting and analytical support to the marketing and digital team across all online channels. The data and insights this role provides will allow us to find the most effective ways to promote and sell our products and services online. The role will include regular monitoring and reporting of web analytics, organic search performance, conversion optimisation and assisting with ongoing keyword research and analysis.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Competitive analysis, audits and benchmarking
  • Keyword research and monitoring
  • Social listening
  • A/B testing for landing pages
  • Building automated email journeys and A/B testing
  • Link building by using web tools to analyze and improve inbound links
  • Social media analytics, strategy and optimization
  • Website optimization
  • Analyzing audiences and developing personas

 

Skills and Qualifications

  • University graduate with 2-5 years of relevant experience in digital marketing
  • Willingness to learn how to use best-in-class tools
  • Research and analytics skills
  • Previous experience with CRM or marketing automation software
  • Proven track record with Google Analytics
  • Experience in data-driven social media strategies
  • Excellent writing skills (Traditional Chinese and English)
