With over 90 markets presence and over 6,000 employees all over the world, they have built a proven track record and reputation.

Description

  • Assist manager to plan and execute both physical and virtual seminars, meetings, promotion or recognition program for sales & marketing team to drive member engagement and business growth
  • Coordinate large scale annual events with internal and external parties
  • Liaise with external vendors to ensure the event running smooth and on time
  • Prepare sales & marketing collaterals including flyers, poster, presentation materials and speeches
  • On-site support and organisation to the events
  • Assist Ad hoc tasks as assigned

Profile

  • Degree holder, preferably Marketing, Communication or Event related disciplines
  • 1+ year of experience in physical and virtual events coordination
  • Strong in event, project and data management
  • Good command in spoken and written English, Mandarin and Cantonese
  • Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, MS Office and virtual events setting
  • Self-motivated, open-minded, detail-oriented team player
  • Able to take up flexible working hours and occasional work on evenings, weekends and public holidays on event days
  • Occasional overseas travel required
