An exciting opportunity to join a leading producers of industrial polyester fibers and fabrics with operations across the world. They are looking for an Executive Assistant to join and support the CFO & President.

Client Details

Our client has been at the forefront of the industrial fibers and fabrics industry. Their client base include energy, transportation and safety industries and is now looking for a Executive Assistant to support the CFO and President on secretarial and reporting duties.

Description

  • Responsible for travel document applications (visa applications, passport renewals, etc.) and travel arrangements including ticketing and hotel accommodation
  • Follow up and deliver regular reports on weekly performance, AR ageing, overdue, etc
  • Follow up on any overdue payment when needed
  • Assist in AR factoring paperwork- Letter of assignment, sending Invoices to Bank for factoring, keeping track of receipt of payment form customers, follow up with Bank, etc
  • Handle phone calls, co-ordinate meetings and conference call
  • Assist with expenses and medical claims, payments by petty cas
  • Ensure day-to-day operation running including office equipment maintenance, pantry supplies, stationery orders, courier arrangement etc
  • Negotiate contracts and maintain relationship with third party suppliers/service providers: office supplies, travel agencies, hotels, external management office, etc
  • Any other regular or ad hoc tasks as assigned

Profile

  • A degree holder in Business Administration or equivalent, with finance & accounts knowledge/ training highly preferred
  • Minimum 6 years of relevant work experience in serving senior management and expats
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese, fluency in Putonghua
  • Proficient in MS Office applications and Chinese word processing
  • Ability of managing multi-tasks and be adaptive to fast-paced and multinational environment
  • Strong work ethic, humble, detail-oriented, organised, responsible, a good team-player with pleasant character and problem-solving skills
