FINANCIAL CONTROLLER (60K-80K) - FMCG brand owner / retailer / eCommerce / 5 days

THE COMPANY : 

• Health supplement, health food and skin care brand owner, retailer, wholesaler and e-Commerce in Hong Kong and China
• We have our own retail chain Hong Kong, as well as selling our products through channels including retail chains and supermarket chains; and by own online shop & e-Commerce channels
• We are looking for FINANCIAL CONTROLLER   - with details as follows :

THE JOB :

• Manage full spectrum of accounting and financial issues of the Group
• Lead accounting teams in HK office (5-6 members) and China office (2 members)
• Responsible for month-end closing & financial reports
• Prepare and consolidate the group financial reports
• Prepare regular management reports monthly, quarterly and annually
• Responsible for financial planning & analysis
• Handle cash management and bank facilities for the group
• Responsible for company audits
• Participate in financial process enhancement
• Liaise with external auditors, tax advisors, banks, lawyers and consultant
• Prepare ad-hoc management reports and analysis as required by the management
• Responsible for company secretary function
• Manage fixed asset, contract & trademark registers
• Degree holder in Finance / Accounting or related disciplines
• Member of recognized professional accounting bodies (HKICPA/ACCA or equivalent)
• 5-8 years solid experience in retail industry with similar areas of responsibility
• At least 2 years work experience in an audit firm
• Experience in HK listed companies is a plus (not a must)
• Occasionally travel to PRC and overseas is required
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
• 5 days work
