Responsibilities

- Acting as a lead and manage the Duty Managers team, Guest Services Team and Service Center Team to provide efficient and quality customer service to patrons and guests

- To be a key figure as the first point of contact for all patrons and guests, and maintaining a complete knowledge of all features and services of HKGTA

- Reviewing of reservations and ensures proper handling of check-in groups, administration of amenity orders, and resumes for incoming guests

- Ensuring the service quality and standard staffs (grooming, attire, attendance and punctuality), and monitoring staff performance to ensure all procedures are carried out according to departmental standards

- Close observation of guests reactions and experience, and conferring frequently with staff to ensure patron and guest satisfaction

- Acting as a Duty Manager and serving overnight shifts if necessary

- Ad-hoc duties assigned by the Head of Operations and/or senior management of HKGTA

Requirements

- Degree holder in Hotel Administration, Business Administration or any relevant disciplines

- 6+ years of guest services / hotel experience with at least 3 years at a management position

- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle difficulties and complaints in a professional and matured manner

- Professional, welcoming and enjoys networking; Passionate in the hospitality industry

- Strong communications and presentations skills, with fluency in English and Chinese

- Knowledge in Microsoft Office, POS, and Hotel PMS

- Overnight shift may be required
