Established by the Hong Kong Government in 1989, OUHK today has developed into a young, dynamic, full-fledged university. We began offering full-time face-to-face programmes since 2001 and currently have about 10,000 full-time and 9,000 part-time students in the five Schools at the OUHK with about 220 programmes of studies. In addition, there are about 2,000 full-time/part-time students studying in LiPACE.

Major Duties and Responsibilities
The appointee shall mainly be responsible for the following:

  • creating illustrations and layouts by incorporating text and images for various learning materials and mobile app interface (for projects such as the Capacity Building Mileage Programme and STEAM Project);
  • creating animations by using graphics software; and
  • performing any other duties as assigned. 

 

Requirements
Applicants are expected to possess the following qualifications, experience and attributes:

  • a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline plus experience in the design and production of multimedia instructional materials;
  • have a creative flair and experience in using applications such as InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator and Dreamweaver; and
  • experience in using animation software and HTML5 will have an added advantage. 

 

Shortlisted candidates will be required to attend a written test.

[Candidates without a Bachelor’s degree may be considered for the post of Web Designer.]

 

Compensation Package
