A large property firm is now looking for Head of Administration to plan, develop and implement policies and procedures from strategic point of view, as well as to run day-to-day operation.

Client Details

Our client is a well-known property firm which focuses tier-one property development in Hong Kong and Greater China market. To enhance their office operation, they are looking for a high-performing individual to join them as Head of Administration.

Description

  • Oversee daily office operation and administration team

  • Plan, develop and implement group-wide policies to optimize efficiency

  • Streamline existing procedures and make digital transformation to enhance work-flow process

  • Manage and negotiate contracts with external vendors including leasing office

  • Prepare budget and monitor expenses

  • Liaise closely with top management and other departments (HR, IT, Finance, etc.) on project development

Profile

  • Bachelor's degree holder

  • Extensive knowledge in operation enhancement and digitalization

  • Strong experience in people management and budgeting

  • Proficient in English, Mandarin and Cantonese

  • Willing to go extra mile, innovative and driven

  • Outstanding leadership and communication skill
