  • In charge of Finance Department and all accounting and finance duties.
  • Support in various Committees and attend their meetings including draft papers or reports.
  • Oversee the financial matters of new construction of Headquarters project.
  • Co-ordinate with project team and contractors for the payment schedule and progress to ensure the compliance of funding bodies’ requirements.
  • Responsible for payment and procurement policy, procedures, operations and control for girl guides’ spending and activities. 
  • Responsible for control and monitoring of all headquarters banking accounts. 
  • Responsible for control and monitoring of all Girl guides units and regions’ banking accounts. 
  • Manage the cash flow and fund planning of the Association.
  • Conduct budget, forecast and analysis for financial planning.
  • Responsible for the strategic planning and financial management of the Association.
  • Formulating and strengthen the financial policies and procedures; internal control and corporate governance of the Association.
  • Ensure the compliance of regulatory and statutory requirements of Association and Government.
  • Liaise with external parties including Government, funding bodies, lawyers, auditor, bankers, project team and contractors etc.
  • Monitor and supervise the operation of Guide Shop with using POS system.
  • Review monthly payroll and participate for staff costs planning.
  • Responsible for the financial reports submitted to / enquiries from Government or statutory authorities.
  • Provide assistance for Chief Executive to perform any ad hoc tasks.



  • University graduate or above in accounting
  • Qualified accountant with qualifications from recognized accounting bodies e.g. HKICPA or equivalent.
  • At least 10 years’ professional experience in managing finance and accounting system and project accounting
  • NGO experience preferred.
  • Sound experience in internal control and risk management.
  • Strong problem solving, analytical and communication skills.
  • Good knowledge of financial analysis, evaluation and financial reporting.
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
