Job Requirements

  • Reporting to Helpdesk Supervisor,
  • Responsible for providing first-line technical support by assisting user with hardware and software problems via phone and email in agreed timeframe
  • Maintain a high degree of customer service for all support queries to all executives and end-users
  • Required to take ownership of user problems and be proactive when dealing with user issues
  • Carry out computer operational tasks according to schedule and established procedures as well as system backup according to the job schedule.

 

Requirements

  • Diploma holder in Information Services or related disciplines, preferably with full certificate in HKDSE / HKCEE
  • 1 - 3 year in customer service. Experience in Information Services Hotline support is preferred
  • Knowledge in Windows-based computing platform, MS applications. Experience in Unix/Linux Operation will be an advantage
  • Good command of written and spoken English
  • Basic knowledge of IS infrastructure including data network, application, systems and operational support preferable
  • Shift duties are required
  • Customer oriented, responsible, self-motivated and able to work under pressure
