Our Client is a sizable company with HQ in Hong Kong and offices in Japan, Taiwan, etc. To handle their advancement, they are now welcoming high caliber candidates onboard their Human Resources team in Hong Kong.

 

Job Responsibilities 

  • Manage and support the overall human resources operations, with focus in C&B and Recruitment
  • Provide full spectrum of Human Resources functions including maintain the attendance and leave record, payroll and taxation administration, compensation & benefits and performance management ;
  • Ensure the policies & procedures comply with HK labour regulations
  • Prepare reports and analysis for management review
  • Handle new Human Resources initiatives and projects as assigned by the management

 

Job Requirements

  • 2 to 3 years’ relevant experience
  • Knowledge in best HR practices, well-versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and other related regulatory practices;
  • High level of integrity, able to work independently and manage multi-tasks at the same time;
  • Strong PC skills in MS Office including Excel, Word and PowerPoint;
