Our Client is a leading property company in the region. They cover a wide range of business areas, including property, facilities, commercial building, and so on. Currently, they are looking for an energetic and innovative leader to join their in-house I.T. team to initiate and manage their new IT projects and Business Relationship Management. This will be the new headcount in the team and therefore it is an exciting role for those who want more business exposure and more in-house project exposure on a regional scale.

The right candidate will be able to work for the Innovation and Change on a regular basis, define scopes and provide IT solutions on the business requirements and business strategies. You will need to work very closely also with the regional offices on various I.T. projects. Your main deliverables include IT Strategies, ROI Maximization, Project Delivery, Changes and Business Process Re-engineering.

Responsibilities:

  • Define potential changes/ improvements/ business process re-engineering/ innovation for the business from both IT and business perspectives
  • Collect high level requirements from the BUs and identify IT strategies at a regional level
  • Build long term IT plans on strategies, budget and ongoing expenses
  • Coordinate with the Development Team to explore new technology tools and plan future IT opportunities
  • Coordinate with the project managers on the project delivery
  • Vendor management

Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree of Computer Science or relevant disciplines
  • 10+ years of experience in programme management with tracked record of managing the business process re-engineering and Change
  • Experiences in Digitalization projects with solid experience is preferred
  • Willing to travel
  • Great communication skills with well spoken and written English
