Responsibilities:

- Manage user’s service requests ranging from software and hardware problems, record and respond to computer incidents via phone, email, remote workstation or in person

- Fast response in providing immediate user support, troubleshooting, and offer workable solutions to users

- Demonstrate leadership in inspiring the team to conduct efficient helpdesk service delivery

- Data keeping of IT asset inventory, and record all user’s service requests into database

- Eagar to follow up the user’s service request status and coordinate a team of engineers to resolve the problem

- Adaptive in ad hoc IT support duties

Requirements:

- Degree or above in computer science or any computer related discipline

- Minimum of 3 years of IT helpdesk experience (including 1-year as team leader / supervisor)

- Willing to patiently communicate with users, provide problem-solving solutions, and explanation

- A leader who is mature, reliable, and can take responsibilities in making decisions

- Fluent in speaking English, Mandarin, and Cantonese; proficient in writing English, and Chinese

- Working may include shift duty
