This is an excellent opportunity to join one of the largest corporations in Hong Kong. Our client is looking for an IT Manager to join the company and supervise the end-user support team. The successful candidate will lead a sizeable team to provide top level IT support to internal users.

Client Details

Our client is a market leader for its business in Asia and has created a strong presence in Hong Kong throughout the recent decades. They have been striving to deliver the best IT end-user experience to more than 10,000 internal staff. With their new IT initiatives, they are now seeking for an IT Manager to supervise the existing end-user support team. The candidate will have a very excellent exposure on its challenging projects and duties, as well as progression to senior management positions.

Description

  • Manage the IT end-user support team to ensure service level is up to standard
  • Oversee IT projects involving end-user systems, applications and devices
  • Review and update on the SLAs with regards to internal standards
  • Coordinate with other stakeholders in daily operations and projects
  • Provide recommendations to executive management on IT end-user issues

Profile

  • Degree holder in Information Technology, Computer Science or related disciplines
  • At least 5 years of experience managing an IT user support team in sizeable companies
  • Holder of PMP or PRINCE2 certifications; holder of ITIL, MCSE, MCDST would be a plus
  • Solid working experience in VDI, MDM, and desktop management
  • Proficient in English and Chinese (written and spoken)
