Our client is a leading ICT solution and services provider, they are looking for an IT Operation / Service Delivery Manager to join their expanding team.

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Build and manage service desk team to provide services to clients on operational and service matters
  • To ensure proper actions and procedures are taken according to agreed SLA
  • Review on service performance in all KPI aspect and ticket performance, identify shortfalls to improve service delivery quality and productivity
  • Budget planning, as well as forecast on costs, timescales and additional resource for new business
  • Communicate to the staffs on company vision, mission, policies, and changes to promote team involvement and build team spirits
  • Assist the internal audit to ensure all processions and procedures are adhered to group compliance and ISO requirements 

 

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Electronic Engineering or related disciplines 
  • About 8 years of solid experience in out-sourcing service delivery to multiple clients 
  • Experience in service desk operations / NOC/ datacenter is a must
  • Experience in developing cost models, SLAs and contract negotiations highly preferred
  • Valid ITIL v3, PMP, CCNA, MCSE certifications required
  • Must be able to communicate effectively in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
