Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist to manage the daily operation in IT Procurement.
  • Assist to liaise with vendor for price negotiation, contract terms and conditions, lead time etc.
  • Follow up purchase orders, contracts, delivery arrangement and cost management.
  • Assist to manage the daily operations of the Procurement System.
  • Assist to liaise with different parties in IT procurement activities, i.e. gather purchasing needs on hardware, software and services with IT and Business users.
  • Assist to manage IT vendor management activities.
  • Assist to prepare IT procurement-related reports and analysis.

General Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Information Technology, Procurement, Accounting or related discipline.
  • 3 years of relevant experience in IT Procurement / Accounting or related aspects, preferably in banking or financial institutions.
  • Familiar with purchase orders, contract terms & conditions etc. will be advantage.
  • Familiar with Oracle E-Business Suite will be an advantage.
  • Positive working attitude with strong analytical skills.
  • Proactive, Mature & self-confident.
  • Take personal responsibility and accountability for own work.
  • Good communication and writing skills (both Chinese & English).
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese input.
