We have 10+ clients looking for PC/ Deskside / Service Desk Support talent.

Duties:

  • Provide deskside support service to end users
  • Mainly PCs level support, experience on networking and server troubleshooting is better
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Responsible, self-motivated and detail-minded
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure

 

Requirements:
(If you have one or more of the following skills, you might suit our opening)

  • Proficient in hardware, software and MS Office solutions
  • Experience in Office365 and Office365 migration
  • Skilled in Windows Operating Systems(7/10), Apple Desktop Operating System & common off-the-shelf applications
  • Experience with videoconferencing system
  • Certificates in ITIL, PMP, MCSE, CCNA, MCP
  • Familiar with Javascript / PHP / MYSQL
  • Experience in LAN/WAN network setup and troubleshooting
  • Fluent in English
  • Fluent in Cantonese and Mandarin
  • 3 years+ Experience in IT Field
  • Practical experience in service desk systems e.g. ServiceNow, HP Service Manager, Remedy etc)
  • Practical experience inManaging Incident Tickets Creation, Assignment, Resolution & Closure

 

Salary: 12k-30k (depends on experience)

We have 10+ openings at different locations mostly on Hong Kong Island and Kowloon.
