Responsibilities

- Deliver 2nd level technical support on IT related matters, including computer hardware, software and services
- Provide Troubleshooting services and identify users’ problems
- Support for Apple IOS and Android mobile devices
- Provide support for application systems
- Provide assistance and work closely with other teams and departments for collaborating of projects
- Assist in daily IT operations such as setting up new PCs, Phone and Video & Audio Visual facilities

Requirements

- Bachelor holder in IT or other related discipline
- At least 1 year experience in IT support or related fields is preferred but candidates with less than 1 year experience will also be considered
- Hands-on experience with equipment such as desktop and laptop, printers
- Advanced knowledge of the Windows environment and standard Microsoft applications (e.g. Outlook, Excel, Word, Powerpoint) and Adobe Acrobat
- Ability to effectively and efficiently troubleshoot end-users’ problems
- Professional end-user service skills
- Must be resourceful and able to take initiative in a dynamic environment
- Strong communication and presentation skills (English and Putonghua)
- Excellent written English and documentation skills
- Proven time management skills and able to work under pressure
- Responsible, patient and self-motivated
- Experience on application support will be an advantage
- Experience on project management will be an advantage
