A listed medical device company with global presence have been manufacturing innovative medical technologies for decades. Due to current expansion in Hong Kong, they are now inviting an experienced Customer Service Representative to join their growing customer service team.

Job Description
  • Provide exceptional service to internal and external stakeholders
  • Provide support to assigned business unit by managing supply chain cycle, daily enquiries from stakeholders and ad hoc situations
  • Comply with local and regional regulations and safety standards, as well as standard operating procedure provided by company
  • Cultivate strong relationship with clients and internal sales team to strengthen company's performance and position
  • Resolve customer complaints and urgent matters when needed

The Successful Applicant
  • Diploma Holder in any discipline
  • Minimum 1 - 2 years of customer service experience working at sizable companies, candidates with experience in healthcare and third party logistics are highly preferred
  • Sound knowledge of SAP is highly preferred
  • Team-oriented, result-driven, outgoing with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
