The Job
- Plan and execute community engagement strategies and programmes and manage the design and production of associated publicity and promotional items.
- Plan and Implement different youth engagement activities and educational programmes on local housing development for schools and tertiary institutions.
- Oversee the daily operation of HKHS Exhibition Centre, maintain related e-platforms and implement outreach programmes and theme talks.
- Coach subordinates and handle enquiries related to HKHS or its projects as well as community issues and related analysis.
- Monitor closely the development of local political dynamics related to HKHS and provide feedback and suggestions of the local community for strategy and planning considerations.
- Organize annual HKHS Award cum the presentation ceremony and implement professional development and CSR programmes for students members in the HKHS Award Alumni Club.
The Person
- Degree holder in Communications, Public Relations, Social Sciences or related disciplines.
- Minimum 8 years’ post-qualification relevant experience with proven track record in handling community engagement and event management.
- Experience in managing exhibition centre and the design and production of websites, newsletters, video and electronic communication materials etc.
- Good networking with professional and education institutions, NGOs, NPOs and Government departments etc.
- Good written and verbal communication skills in Cantonese, English and Putonghua.
- Irregular work hours and overtime is required.
