Job Responsibilities

  • Assist in regular website update
  • Assist in weekly eDM design and dispatch
  • Responsible for working closely with marketing team for developing and executing image visual for advertising materials
  • Photo retouching
  • Assist in design work including brochures, leaflets, backdrop and coordinate with external vendor for production and printing
  • Support Team’s admin work e.g. meeting paper circulation, drafts for supervisors’ comment)
  • Support Institute’s events e.g. Annual Banking Conference

Job Requirement

  • Higher Diploma in Graphic design, Art Design or equivalent
  • Proficiency in Adobe design software and Microsoft Office
  • Excellent command in A.I, Photoshop, illustrator & media applications
  • Good communication skills in written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Ability to perform multiple tasks with strong attention to details
  • Outgoing, proactive and enjoy interacting with people
  • Fresh graduate will be considered
