Responsibilities:

  1. To assist and execute marketing program for food service and retail segments in Hong Kong and China;
  2. To assist large-scale events, seminars and food exhibitions in Hong Kong and China;
  3. To work closely with internal and external parties to ensure smooth execution of all marketing programs;
  4. To prepare marketing material, including publications, presentations, souvenirs and promotional materials;
  5. To assist in website maintenance;
  6. To provide administrative support to the marketing department;
  7. To actively understand customer needs and know the markets;
  8. To prepare reports for regular status update to management and related parties;
  9. To formulate evaluation reports on the effectiveness of marketing program;
     

Requirements

  1. University graduate or equivalent with marketing, business or communication qualification;
  2. Min. 2 years related working experience in marketing;
  3. Experience in organizing exhibition/ event is a definite advantage;
  4. Possess strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills;
  5. Detail-oriented, well-organized and a strong team player;
  6. Excellent command of English and Chinese, both spoken and written;
  7. Good command of PC Skill in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing;
  8. Proficiency in Apple Mac, Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator;
  9. Occasional travel to China is required;
  10. Immediate available is preferred.
