Job Requirements

  • Fresh Graduate or 1-2 year of relevant working experience, with hospitality, sales or training background preferred
  • Retail sales experience will be an advantage
  • Possess good communication, good command of English
  • Possess good rapport building skills Self-motivated and committed individual with high level of initiative
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills with ability to multi-task

Job Responsibilities

  • 1) Administrative Consolidation of applicants, recruitment and screening of new candidates. Profile deck creation including photos on site. Generation of reports. Preparation of part timer payroll. To ensure collection made from client after project completion.
  • 2) On-site Supervision Ensuring Brand Ambassadors attendance and punctuality on-site.Briefing, coaching and monitoring of Brand Ambassadors.
  • 3) Others To assist in any ad-hoc projects/activation and any other work assigned to you from time to time within reasonable capacity.
