We are currently operating more than 60 retail outlets in Hong Kong and Macau. Responsibilities:

  • Provide insight and drive the development of marketing strategies and achieve business target to enhance the corporate image 
  • Liaise with internal parties on execution of the sales and marketing plan or activities, identify new business opportunities
  • Responsible for presentations, proposal, marketing materials and promotion channels
  • Develop segmentation, competitive analysis, market intelligence, pricing, marketing communications including advertising and promotions etc.
  • Plan and manage the A&P budget plan and P&L 
  • Monitor, research, evaluate and report on the effectiveness of communications to make appropriate improvements and recommendations
  • Constantly monitor and analyze industry trends to pro-actively respond to changing market conditions to maximize growth and profit potential
  • Collaborate with sales & marketing and product development to determine the most profitable course for new and existing product

 Requirements:

  • Degree in Marketing or Business related discipline
  • At least 8 years’ relevant work experience, of which 4 years should be at managerial / supervisory level
  • Marketing experience in health product, pharmaceutical or FMCG is an advantage
  • Strong sense to media market trend and consumer behavior
  • Creative, independent, able to work under pressure and be highly self-motivated
  • Able to manage ad hoc project and meet tight deadline
  • Presentable with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Candidate will more experience will be considered for a senior position
