Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound calls
  • Answer customers’ enquiries and complaints
  • Assist with customers’ membership and hotel bookings and transactions
  • Ensure corporate service levels are met

 

Requirements:

  • HKDSE / HKCEE or above
  • Customer-service oriented
  • Able to work on shift
  • Proficiency in written and spoken Cantonese, Mandarin and English
  • Computer knowledge, including Chinese and English typing skills
  • Call center experience is an advantage

**Fresh University graduates are welcomed**
