Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for handling customers by voice or live chat ; 
  • Maintain up-to-date and comprehensive product knowledge ;
  • Work closely with other departments and team members to maintain high level of service ;
  • Ability to communicate with customer in a professional manner

Requirements:

  • Effective communication skills both spoken and written in Chinese and English as well as proven organizational skills ; 
  • Type Faster - MUST be able to type at least 35 wpm both in Chinese and English ;
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills;
  • Familiar with the major operating systems of different platforms which are not limited to Android OS and Windows would be a strong plus ;
  • Experience in Customer Service or Telemarketing would be an added advantage;

Working Hours:

  • 5-day work (Monday-Sunday, including Public Holiday)
  • 40 hrs per week
