THE COMPANY :
- Business association target for promoting collectible toys and figures brands and events in Hong Kong
- We are looking for OPERATION MANAGER -with details as follows :
THE JOB :
Formulate,organize and implementdaily operation of the association, liaise with external parties for the events preparation
Internal communicate with committee & corporate members within association
Oversee the documentation and administration of events application, pre-event arrangement, logistics coordination and on-site supervision during the events
Update/edit the content of the official website and social media
Degree or above
Minimum of 5 years solid experience in event or project management, digital marketing and social media management is preferable
An effective communicator, excellent interpersonal skills and advanced presentation skills is a plus
Good command of both spoken and written English & Chinese
PC proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
- Interest in collectible toys or figures is a plus
- 5 days work
- Annual leave : 12 dyas
- Medical benefit
