Excellent opportunity for Operation experts to work for a leading commodity trading firm.

Client Details

Our client is a commodity trading firm with many transactions and business across the globe. With significant business expansion in their global business, they are currently looking to recruit an Operation Specialist to support future operations.

Description

  • Negotiate with suppliers for price, terms and conditions to prepare contract and other documents
  • Coordinate with logistics service provider for shipment booking and schedule arrangement to ensure delivery on time
  • Handle full set of import, export documents and L/C for smooth logistics operation and customs clearance
  • Assist in ad-hoc duties as per assigned

Profile

  • Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Shipping, Logistics or other equivalent
  • 2 years of experience in supply chain, operation, shipping preferably from commodity trading firm
  • Strong analytical skills with numerical sense
  • Organized and detail-oriented individual
  • Excellent command in both English and Chinese
