Client Details
Our client is a leading HK listed company and would like to expand their business to F&B. They are looking for a seasoned F&B expert to lead the restaurant setup and operations as an Operations Manager with great autonomy and rewarding compensation.
Description
- Plan the new restaurant setup strategies not limited to SOP, operation guide, long & short term KPI to align the company's goals
- Set up operations plan to ensure successful opening within timeline & budget
- Manage daily operations and monitor performance
- Ensure relevant regulatory requirements are fulfilled with government compliance
- Manage production quality, sourcing, risk control, budget, staff hiring
Profile
- Degree holder
- Over 10 years of F&B operations expereince, preferably in Japanese restaurants
- With proven track record in restaurant operations
- Strong business acumen
- Great network within F&B field
- Good command of English, Mandarin and Cantonese
- MS Office applications, Chinese word processing
