Job Responsibilities

  • Handle and process service applications
  • Provide advice to customer servicing team on entertaining customer's special requests
  • Conduct quality checking on high risk transaction cases like change of owner, large amount out-going payment
  • Handle and deliver output / customer statements and letters to consultants and customers
  • Quality assurance through reviewing error logs
  • Handle enquiries from sales admin team or broker and follow up with consultants on pending cases
  • Assist team leader to coordinate the day-to-day operation of AWM team to ensure no slippage of service level
  • Assist in drafting procedural manual of after sales processes including policy changes, cash withdrawal and operational tasks
  • Assist in producing analysis reports to facilitate risk control, process improvement and other related / ad hoc projects
  • Assist team leader in system enhancement jobs
  • Assist to review and propose improvement items on prevailing process flow

Job Requirements

  • University graduate, preferably with professional insurance qualifications
  • At least 2 year's relevant working experience in policy administration
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong customer service mindset
  • Good analytical sense
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Good PC skills including Excel, Word , Powerpoint and Chinese Input
