Our client is looking for a candidate with at least 8 years of consumer lending products experience to join the expanding loan team in Hong Kong

Client Details

Our client is a well-established financial institution which provides wide range of credit services including credit cards, personal loan and revolving loan etc.


  • Develop product strategies and business plan to drive business profit and growth
  • Develop new product and innovations to enhance customer experience and maintain competitiveness
  • Work with vendors and internal parties to ensure the smoothly implementation of new product and marketing programs
  • Prepare product guidelines and training materials for launching the new product / marketing campaigns and evaluate the effectiveness
  • Expand customer acquisition by exploring new partnership opportunities


  • Bachelor's degree holder in Business Administration, Marketing or relevant disciplines
  • Minimum 8 years' experience in the banking or finance sector with solid knowledge in consumer lending products
  • Familiar with the basic structures of retail loan products, related procedure & system operations
  • Self-motivated, mature, independent and good team player with excellent leadership skill
  • Possession of excellent communication, interpersonal and analytical skills
  • Skilled in MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese typing)
  • Good command of both written & spoken Chinese & English
