Our client is now looking for high caliber candidates as follows

 

      Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing daily operation of facilities management
  • Supervising outsourced teams such as Cleaning, Security and Maintenance
  • Managing events, site setup, supplies arrangement, extra manpower deployment, coordination with external parties
  • Making quantified reports to tracking contractor performance and negotiating annual contract renewals
  • Processing service orders, purchase orders and facility bookings through ESS and/or SAP systems
  • Performing ad-hoc assignments as assigned

      Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Property, Facility, Housing, Estate Management, Business Administration or related disciplines
  • 3 years or above relevant experience
  • Good command of English and Mandarin
  • Immediately available is highly preferred
  • Less experience will be considered as Property Officer / Facilities Management Officer
