Responsibilities:
 
  • Answer telephone calls
  • Greeting walk-in customers (local and expatriate)
  • Conference room booking
  • Prepare outgoing mail by drafting correspondence, securing parcels, etc.
  • Ad hoc assignment
 
 
Requirements:
 
  • Diploma or above
  • 1-5 years of reception experience. Has solid working experince in multi-national company is highly preferable.
  • Fluent in spoken/written English and Cantonese
  • MS office (Word, Excel)
  • Good communication skills
  • Cheerful, friendly and customer sevice oriented
