  • Responsible for recruitment and employment cycle including but not limited to job advertisement, interview logistics, application screening and job offering, on boarding processes, etc.
  • Assist HR Manager to create and execute recruitment strategies
  • Liaise with line manager and manage external recruitment vendors
  • conducting and analyzing exit interviews
  • Prepare various HR reports and analysis for management review
  • Coordinate with agency in arranging visa application/extension for expatriate
  • Facilitate and support internal training 
  • Build good relationship with internal stakeholders
  • Perform other ad-hoc projects and tasks as assigned 


  • Degree level qualification in Human Resources or related field
  • Preference of 3-5 years working experience as Recruitment officer roles
  • Experience in recruitment minimum 3-5 years preferably in F&B / Retail industry 
  • Good knowledge of the Hong Kong Employment related Ordinance
  • Effective communications skills, good team player and able to work independently
  • Good interpersonal skills and able to work with all levels of staff
  • Proficient in MS office applications including Excel (vlookup, sumif, Pivot Tables, Mail Merge), Word and PowerPoint
  • Proficient in spoken and written Chinese, English (Cantonese, English and Putonghua)
  • Candidates with less experience will be considered as Recruitment Officer
