Our clients, top-leading retail brands, with their expansion in Hong Kong and Asia Pacific, are looking for suitable candidates for Regional Human Resources Manager / Assistant HR Manager / HRBP (Retail / FMCG) to join their growing team.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Responsible for HR-related topics in HK, Macau and Singapore
  • Conducting regular staff assessments, defining and executing development trainings
  • Set-up leadership and team building program for staffs across countries
  • Lead HR team to provide a full spectrum of HR functions as a business partner including recruitment & selection, C&B, employee relations, performance management and team building
  • Manage the administration function to maintain the daily operations
  • Responsible for all retailing frontline and office recruitment in an effective and efficient way to fulfill the HR hiring metrics
  • Review and analyze HR data to prepare regular and ad-hoc HR business reports
  • Liaise with all retailing shops in providing HR professional support

 

 

REQUIREMENTS

 

  • 5 years’ experience in relevant industries, ideally Sports/Outdoor/Fashion/Apparel industry (retail background is a must)
  • Minimum of 2 years in HR Management
  • Bachelor degree in Marketing, HR or Organization Management
  • Fluency in English, ideally fluent in either Chinese (Mandarin)
  • Culturally broad-minded, worked already abroad or in other Asian country will be a plus but not necessary
