Our client a global consumer technology brand, is inviting a Regional Training Manager to lead the Sales Training function for Hong Kong and Taiwan.

This is an up & coming consumer technology brand with excellent company culture and prospect.  This consumer brand has a strong brand philosophy, you will pilot training for all frontline staff to share the same values and become a brand embassador.

You will be responsible to design and formulate the sales training strategy and work closely with Sales Heads in each country in delivering sales training.

Responsibilities:

  • To create an environment that enables sales team to demonstrate capabilities, technique and create value.
  • You are encouraged to take a creative and individual approach to challenges with strong emphasis placed on performance and skill
  • To lead country sales training initiatives in close working relationship with the distributors and retailers
  • Identification of training needs and designing relevant modules, activities, and tools.
  • Work closely with sales director and team leaders to improve their ability to coach sales team in the field and their ability to manage performance.
  • Project management and delivery of sales activities to ensure consistency & continuous improvement of sales performance standards. This includes, but not limited to, to following: product knowledge, sales skills, customer service skills, etc.

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in any discipline
  • At least 5 years of retail sales training, frontline sales experience is an advantage.
  • Industry experience, beauty, personal care, skin care, hair care, etc.
  • Visionary, motivating and passion to impact others.
  • Excellent regional exposure ad MNC environment.
  • Fluency in Cantonese, Mandarin and English
  • Able to travel

 

600K – 700K per annual
