Responsibilities :

Responsible for shop daily operation including team management, staff coaching & daily administrations. Work closely with the kitchen & the front staff to ensure a smoother operation.

Requirements :

  • Diploma holder in a relevant discipline with at least 5 years catering experience in a senior management position
  • Strong leadership, problem solving, decision making & good communication skills.
  • Self-motivated, independent and able to perform multi-tasks under pressure
  • Ensure quality of service & food is consistently provided to customers
  • Excellent communication in Cantonese, Mandarin and English
  • Immediate availability will be of prime consideration.
  • Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Manager
