A newly started webhosting company based in Hong Kong is looking for an experienced Sales and Customer Support Specialist to sell our solutions and act as Level 1 & Level 2 support for Linux Hosting environment.

Who we are looking for:

A person that is excited about Linux IT systems and technology in general while at the same time has great people skills and is easily able to speak to customers.

A person with helpful and friendly attitude able to provide guidance to less experienced person (customer or colleague).

What are going to be your daily duties:

* You will receive phone calls, emails and reply to online Chat sessions related to webhosting company operation, these systems are based on Debian/ISPConfig and CentOS/cPanel (we expect that you have years of experience doing this - see below)

* You will be given budget and be responsible for actively managing advertisement campaigns such as Google AdWords.

* You will be acting as a 1st and 2nd level technical support

Job Primary Requirements:

* At least 3 years of experience selling IT services or products.
* At least 3 years of experience in managing advertising campaigns such as Google Adwords.

* At least 1 year of experience with Linux OS preferably Debian/Ubuntu and/or CentOS/RedHat.
* At least 1 year experience with hosting management environments such as cPanel and/or ISPConfig.
* At least 1 year "hands-on" experience with WHMCS billing systems or similar.

* Server hardware knowledge - you need to be able to know latest hardware trends and be able to provide advice to the customers over the phone or in written form.

* Sound knowledge of IT in general - you should be able to hold a technical conversation on a level that customers trusts your opinion.

* General understanding of IT security and ability to follow internal security guidance.

Language requirements:

* Certified English skills (FCE, CAE or IELTS or similar) or native speaker. We expect you to be proficient using English on daily basis in written and spoken form.

* Certified Chinese skills (Mandarin and/or Cantonese) Speaking/Reading/Writing is a must.

* Certified Spanish skills would be a great advantage.

* Any other language proficiency would be an advantage over other candidates.
