Now, we are looking for a Sales and Marketing Executive who will have dual role as the front-line sales for HK/Macao markets and work with marketing team to execute marking activities.

 

Responsibilities:

 

Marketing role –

  • Work with marketing team to plan & execute marketing activities (seminars, exhibition, roadshows)
  • Collect industry and market information to understand business development trend for future sales and marketing planning
  • Work with product management to develop plans for product launch and promotion materials

Sales Role -

  • Be responsible for the annual sales target in HK/Macau by executing annual sales plan;
  • Conduct direct sale activity by proactively working, establishing and maintaining excellent relationship with KOLs、Doctors and medical personnel in respective specialty field;
  • Manage distributors and support them to achieve the sales target;
  • Explore new potential business and conduct market mapping

Knowledge and Skill Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in life sciences or relevant field
  • Around 3 years of marketing experience plus 1 to 2 years of sales experience in life science or similar industries
  • Self-motivated, matured, aggressive & good team player who can also work independently and under pressure
  • Outgoing and responsible personality with a can-do attitude
  • Possesses a strong work ethic, ability to develop priorities, and manage time appropriately
  • Willing to work in a fast-paced growth start-up environment
