Responsibilities:

  • Provide daily clerical support to Sales Team
  • Responsible for quotation, samples and order follow up
  • Communicate with vendors and customers for sample and order delivery schedule
  • Handle enquires from customers
  • Provide after-sales service to customers

Requirements:

  • F.5 or above
  • 1-2 years clerical working experience is preferred but fresh graduates are also welcome
  • Proficient in MS Office, Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing
  • Responsible, good working attitude and good communication skill
