Job Description

Due to rapid expansion, our client is a leading Multi-National Company and which is specializing in the alcohol and tobacco industry. They are looking for a Sales Coordinator and a Senior Sales Coordinator /PA to join their team.

We are now seeking for Sales Coordinator / Senior Sales Coordinator


  • Support the planning, implementation and supervision of China sales related activations including CuE programs, sales activation programs (mainly CNTC, retailer and consumer activations but not limited to). The key stakeholders are the same as above.
    • This will include the management of A&P
    • Tracking and evaluation of activities
    • Management of agency/ suppliers/ vendors
    • Managing the contracts/ procurement/ approval and payment process
    • Working closely with YNIC domestic sales & MKT team to align/ develop the plans
  • Establish and maintain close and trustful working relationship with key stakeholders in the specified regions/ markets to achieve the above. Key stakeholders include: Respective YNIC provincial sales team/ respective CNTCs and local activation agencies & suppliers)
  • Provide 1st hand qualitative market intelligence (from YNIC domestic sales & MKT, provincial sales team, CNTC, retailers etc.), including competitor information and activities when available
  • Ensure information flow exchange between the JV sales team and the above mentioned key stakeholders
  • Travel frequently to the markets (China) to maintain relationship and also supervise activities, some markets will require more frequent visit. For example Yunnan, where the Domestic Sales & MKT team is located will require visiting at least once a month

  • 及时提供市场资讯(营销中心,销区,商业公司及零售户等方面),包括竞品信息/ 营销活动等
  • 确保合资公司销售部门内以及以上提及相关配合单位之间的信息沟通顺畅
  • 经常性的于中国出差,进行市场勘查、与各销区维护客情并且监督销售相关营销活动。有些市场需要一个月至少出差一次,例如云南(营销中心总部)


  • Willingness to travel within China on a regular basis
  • Experience in event planning and execution
  • A&P management
  • Basic knowledge regarding sales, commercial documents and respective business implications
  • Language skills: Fluent in Mandarin (Mainland China) and English both written and spoken English level adequate
  • Ability to work in an international/ cross-cultural team environment
  • Ability to work under high workload and challenging timelines
  • Excellent knowledge and experience of MS Office application
