What you will do

This person will join the sales team for global retailers’ solution in Hong Kong. She/he will help to develop new business opportunities, secure qualified sales appointments and build a network of industry contacts and influencers to act as a source for leads to meet and exceed customer requirements as well as to and attain or exceed company growth objectives.

How you will do it

  • Develop new business opportunities and secure qualified sales appointments
  • Build a network of industry contacts and influencers to act as a source for leads
  • Understand the full depth and breadth of Tyco Retail capabilities and offerings (products, services, etc.)
  • Drive and grow “Net New Business” for Tyco Retail across all available products, services, and offerings
  • Collaborate with multiple disciplines of Tyco Retail organization
  • Manage leads to identify business to build a sales pipeline
  • Provide pipeline, forecast and additional reports to management

What we look for

Required

  • Diploma of any discipline or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 Years outside sales experience

Preferred

  • Skilled consultative and collaborative seller with proven successful track record in retail industry
  • Passionate about retail sales business
  • High level of computer literacy
  • Experience with Salesforce.com a plus
  • Flexibility and adaptability is critical
