European multinational forwarder and logistics service provider in air, sea and road services with 120 staff in Hong Kong office  -  looking for a  SALES / BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER   – with details as follows :
  • Tertiary education in any disciplines
  • Studies in logistics, Transportation industry or similar qualification will be an advantage
  • 6 to 10 years sales / business development experience in freight forwarding
  • Experience multi-national forwarders with proven success will be an advantage
  • High energy and results-oriented
  • Strong strategic planning & execution skills with performance track record
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin
  • Self-motivated, proactive, presentable with excellent communication skills;
  • Reporting to the General Manager of the Hong Kong Office
  • Responsible for developing air and sea freight services business in potential targeted and existing accounts
  • Develop new business opportunities and enhance customer relationships in respective countries
  • Keep concrete business relationship with existing customers
  • Responsible for driving aggressive growth & to achieve revenue / volume target
  • Manage client activities including calls, sales presentations, sales pipeline and sales solutions
  • Provide up-to-dated market information to management for business developmentplanning
  • Participate sales & marketing activities to promote and increase company exposure in the market
  • Travelling occasionally is required
  • 13 months salary plus performance bonus
  • Annual leave : 16 days
