- We are looking for SALES MANAGER - with details as follows :
THE COMPANY :
- Report to the Sales Director
- JOB SUMMARY : lead sales team of 5-6 members + develop own key accounts
- MISSION : achieve Team KPI + own KPI
- Manage sales team to meet Team KPI
- Explore new business opportunities with potential key customers to meet own KPI
- Develop the strategies and action plans for the Sales Team to increase the Company’s customer base and maintain existing customers
- Establish and maintain good relationship with existing and new clients
- Over 8 years of sales experience in freight forwarding industry
- Experience in leading a Sales Team is highly prefer
- Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Good communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
- Be a good team player and able to drive team spirit
- 5 days work
- 13 months salary
- Quarterly incentive
- Annual performance bonus
- Annual leave : 12 days
- Medical benefits
