RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Identify and explore new business opportunities
  • Maintaining an awareness of interior industry news, best practices, and trends
  • Developing, maintaining and improve relationships with existing and new clients
  • Coordinating with leadership, design and consultant teams to develop and produce proposal package.

 

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Relevant corporate interior design and fitting out, office furniture or real estate experience
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
  • Proficient in Word, Excel and Power point
  • Excellent in English, Chinese and Mandarin, both spoken and written
  • Good time management and organization and ability to maintenance accuracy when working towards deadlines
