A Chinese property investment firm with strong portfolio is now looking for a dedicated Secretary & Administration Officer to handle executive support to C-suite management and manage office administration work.

Client Details

Our client is a rapidly growing Chinese property investment firm with roots in China; having solid investor base from both local and overseas areas. They have been closing large property deals and are still expanding to reinforce presence in the sector.

Description

  • Handle full spectrum of secretarial and office administrative support
  • Manage calendar and appointments for C-suite level management
  • Draft correspondences, letters, reports and presentation materials for management review
  • Manage office procurement and maintenance work; liaise with vendors and suppliers
  • Arrange staff activities and related logistics
  • Assist in basic human resources tasks including screening applications and interview arrangements

Profile

  • 2+ years of related working experience
  • Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Proficient in basic computer applications including Microsoft Office Word, PowerPoint and Excel
  • Strong team player, time management and communication skill
  • Detail-minded, flexible and proactive character
