Main responsibilities:
- Handle with all claims cases, i.e. accident, medical, critical illness & death claims, and to make suggestions to relavant parties
- Follow strictly the required actions as stated on the claims assessment worksheet
- Conduct investigation of suspicious abuse claims through various means
- Handle inquiries from agents and clients and refer cases to superior whenever cases cannot be resolved immediately
Requirements:
- F.7 and above with 3-5 years working relevant experience
- Good knowledge of insurance product of claims management
- Good PC skills including Word, Excel & Chinese input
