Duties:

  1. Be responsible for the talent acquisition process, including but not limited to sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates;
  2. Pro-actively build up a potential candidate pool by leveraging industry networks, effective use of social media and job boards, etc.;
  3. Develop effective hiring channels, make sure the recruitment practices are conducted at a high professional standard and in a timely manner;
  4. Liaise with different business leaders on their recruitment needs and requirements;
  5. Act as a business partner and provide professional HR advices to designated business leaders;
  6. Handle ad-hoc projects within HR spectrum as assigned. 

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor degree in Human Resources Management or related disciplines;
  2. 5 years’ working experience or above, preferable in customer centric and fast-paced industries;
  3. Hands-on experience on hiring and souring of candidates at digital channels;
  4. Self-motivated, well organized and detail-minded;
  5. A good team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  6. Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese;
  7. Candidates with less experience will be considered as a HR Officer.
