Work Location: Cyberport Office

 Key responsibilities:

  • Ensure Customer Experience strategy implementation by project managing the strategic efforts
  • Establish and lead Customer Experience strategy and priorities to guide efforts in FY18 and into FY19
  • Perform quantitative market/customer analysis with the objective to enhance customer experience, promote FedEx brand and effectively measure and monitor business performance
  • Recommend and conduct quantitative analysis efforts for marketing, feasibility study, new products and services and other marketing strategy related studies with the objective to identify revenue and growth opportunities

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Finance/Economics, Engineering or related analytical fields
  • 3 - 5 years’ experience in Project Management; Lean/Six Sigma knowledge / project management is a plus
  • 3 - 5 years’ experience in Marketing or similar business analysis or related fields
  • Understanding of International Express Transportation business
  • Strong business acumen and ability to understand business problems and provide recommendations; is able to take on customer point-of-view to tackle customer experience issues
  • Strong communication skills and ability to interact with stakeholders and business partners across the organization and at various levels
  • Able to work independently and within a collaborative environment
