The Job:

We are looking for a Senior Marketing Executive to join our Consumer Broadband Marketing team, responsible for Customer Retention. It is a dynamic opportunity for an all rounded marketer to work for a brand which is striving for differentiation and continual growth. The incumbent will be responsible for integrated marketing campaign management from planning, tariffing, implementation to evaluation. Major job duties include:

  • Work closely with various departments for developing & implementing retention campaigns, including service launching, offering, pricing and promotion;
  • Plan and implement marketing activities, including call list generation, DM, eDM, SMS, social media & website etc., to drive revenue growth;
  • Assist in formulating retention pricing models and strategies to cope with business and market change, including customer segmentation strategy and channel strategy;
  • Data analysis on customer statistics to provide insights for customer base management;
  • Prepare timely management reports to review the effectiveness of different retention marketing programs and make recommendations;
  • Monitor industry trends, competitive activities, and existing customers’ profile and translate into business plans;
  • Handle daily operations & work closely with frontlines in customer inquiry handling regarding marketing programs / offers or marketing policies.

 

The Person:

  • Minimum 3-5 years working experience in marketing, CRM and customer portfolio management, preferably gained in telecommunication or banking industry;
  • University graduate in Marketing, Business Administration, Statistics or related discipline;
  • Proven project management skill from planning to detailed execution;
  • Excellent analytical skills, proactive to initiate any analysis to identify business risks and opportunities;
  • Strong interpersonal skills, highly motivated and presentable;
  • Good understanding of local telecommunication industry, customer behavior in Internet era;
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English and Cantonese.
